Refund policy

Last updated: [date]

Here's the whole policy in plain words. There's no fine print beyond what's on this page. Refunds are issued by 17188285 Canada Inc., Kait Mosca's company.

The 42-Day Digital Product Challenge

48 hours to change your mind

Because the challenge is a digital product, you can get a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase, no reason needed. The 48 hours start at the time on your purchase receipt.

After 48 hours, the challenge isn't refundable, except where the law says otherwise.

Your cohort starts later than you buy, so your 48 hours will usually end before Day 1. If you have any questions about whether the challenge is right for you, email support@kait-mosca.com before you buy. We're happy to help.

Your refund never depends on leaving a review, a testimonial, or anything else.

Payment plans

If you're on a payment plan and get a refund under this policy, you get back everything you've paid, and any future payments are cancelled.

The community ($37 a month)

  • Cancel any time. Cancelling stops your next payment. You keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for.
  • We don't refund part of a month you've already started.

Charged by mistake?

Charged twice, charged for the wrong thing, charged after you cancelled, or charged without your permission? Tell us and we'll always fix it, for the challenge and the community alike, whenever it happened.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@kait-mosca.com from the email address you used to buy, within 48 hours of your purchase. Tell us you'd like a refund. That's it.

We'll confirm within 2 business days, and refund the payment method you used. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it. Once a challenge refund goes through, your access to the lessons and dashboard ends.

Before you dispute a charge

If something's wrong, please email us first. We'll sort it out faster than a bank dispute can.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
